Customer Support: Troubleshooting: Access Account from Multiple Computers

You may use your Stamps.com account from more than one computer with a few restrictions.
  • You may only log in to one account at a time. Multiple simultaneous logins to a single account are not permitted.
  • Each time you want to use your account on a different computer, you will need to enter your username, password, and secret code question answer through a quick procedure called "Re-registering."
  • Since the record of your printed postage is a locally generated and stored file, your Printed Postage History and your address book (if you create a new record or if you choose to save the delivery address when you are printing postage) will end up spread across however many computers you've used to access your account.
To access your account from a different computer:
  1. Make sure you have installed the latest version of Stamps.com Internet Postage software. Go to http://www.stamps.com/download/
  2. Go to Start->Programs->Stamps.com Internet Postage-> Re-register Internet Postage.
  3. Follow the prompts to enter your username, password and your secret code question answer. If you have entered this information correctly, you will gain access to your Stamps.com account.
