Customer Support: Troubleshooting: Envelope Alignment If your printer does not print envelopes to the USPS spec (regarding margins alongside the envelope edges), we will need to trick your printer into thinking it's printing to European-style B5 envelopes in order. For most printers this isn't a problem and is done automatically. In your case, however, you'll need to try and adjust the settings on your printer-- not the driver settings on your computer, but the physical buttons on the printer itself. To do this, please look for the settings that determine if the paper tray is set to look first for paper or envelopes. Try to set that to envelopes, if you can find such an option. Then look for another setting that tells the printer what kind of envelopes it will be using by default. Probably it will say "COM10" or something similar. This needs to be changed to "B5". |
